From 16–18 October, York will host three days of extraordinary music, heritage venues, local discoveries and memorable Festival experiences.
At the heart of the weekend is TWANG! 2026, bringing together three exceptional headline artists — Australian blues-rock legend Dave Hole, acclaimed guitarist Nathan Cavaleri and Grammy Award-winning pedal steel guitarist Lucky Oceans — alongside a stellar line-up of musicians celebrating the guitar in all its forms.
Across the weekend, major performances will take place in the magnificent York Town Hall, with more live music continuing into the evening at the iconic Castle Hotel.
Beyond the main stage, explore lunchtime performances, the TWANG! Sound Trail, workshops, talks, walks, creative experiences and free community events throughout York.

HOW TICKETS WORK
Weekend and Day Passes are now sold out.
A limited number of Town Hall Evening Tickets are still available for Friday and Saturday night, giving access to the headline TWANG! performances at York Town Hall.
These tickets are for the Town Hall program only and do not include the Castle Hotel Late Show or other Festival events.
You’ll also find free events that require registration, along with a small number of workshops and special experiences that are ticketed separately.
