Prolific West Australian poets John Kinsella and Glen Phillips are renowned for the deft and varied ways in which they wield language. But they are also attuned to the visual world, in nature and in art. In this unique joint exhibition, John and Glen display another surprising side to their creativity, with paintings and drawings that while very different in style and subject matter hint at a shared sensibility and love of York and the Wheatbelt.
York Festival Artistic Director Will Yeoman will open the exhibition at 10.30am on Saturday 24 September. Free event, light refreshments served.
Most of the works will be for sale. Book sales at Barclay Books (151 Avon Terrace)
