Nel Simpson specialises in aerial circus, stilts, large scale puppetry and street theatre. She has performed across Australia and internationally in Europe and Asia, both as a solo artist and a company performer. Nel has also facilitated circus and puppetry workshops locally, nationally and internationally often leading to performance outcomes.

She has taught aerial circus at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) for the past 15 years and has directed/choreographed community circus performances for numerous organisation.
